Especialista em Sistemas – Technical Writer

A Technical Writer is responsible for developing, writing, and editing internal and external Customer Product Information. The writer gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information during the life cycle of the project(s). Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; • Excellent English language skills; • Experience as a Technical Writer and documenting user interfaces such as Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs), Web Interfaces, and Command Line Interfaces (CLIs); • Familiarity with industry standard technical writing tools (Desktop Publishing tools, Acrobat, and so on); • Good understanding of file management and version control systems. Desirable knowledge of: • Telecommunication standards (3GPP, 3GPP2, IETF, and so on), and familiarity with telecommunication protocols (IPv4, TCP, DHCP, PPOe, SNMP, Radius, SIP, and so on); • Client-server technology, Databases, Database Management Systems (DBMS), and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS); • User interface usability testing and Quality Assurance; • Markup languages (HTML, XML, and so on), programming concepts; • UNIX.
