EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
·
Support operational and administrative for GPO
Solution Center LAC;
·
Creating and maintaining executive reports and statistics
(i.e. Quarterly Reviews, Opportunities report, etc);
·
Support the sales process working directly with GPO
Solution Center Director;
·
Help and support the Enablement Programs development
and execution (i.e. Knowledge Share Infosessions, Internal Trainings, etc);
·
Knowledge Management support (Set up and manage
Internal Communities, C-rooms, etc);
·
Support and activation SAP Best Practices LAC
solution´s;
·
Support to run Internal Projects / Initiatives for
Innovations, RDS, SAP HANA;
·
Internal meetings organizer inside GPO Solution Center
LAC;
·
Help and support planning and control GPO Solution
Center LAC activities;
·
Administrative tasks (i.e. Document translation in EN,
PT or ES, Vacation Planning, Rooms reservations, etc).
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS /
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
·
Major degree in System Analysis, Information Systems, Science of
Computers, Engineering , General Management;
·
Preferably students who will graduate in two years timeframe.
·
Advanced knowledge on Office Package, with deep experience in developing
complex Excel spreadsheets with Macros / Pivot Tables.
·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and
English);
·
Experience setting up and/or facilitating learning programs a plus;
·
Organized, motivated and with initiative;
·
Great organization and persuasion skills;
·
Multitasking;
