POSITION SUMMARY
Working in the Global Education Demand
Generation / Web Sales Program, the intern will work closely to the Education
Operations, Marketing and Portfolio teams as well as interacting with SAP IT
and regional Education teams.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The intern will be responsible for:
§ The
intern will be responsible for identifying, extracting and maintaining the key
data of targeted customers for Global Education Campaigns, upload and
maintain dashboard the feeds the Education Training Web shop, support system
and tool testing and generate/ maintain training and process documents.
§ It is
also part of the Intern duties to run reports and KPIs that allow to monitor
the results of the programs.
§ Support
the global Education Demand Generation and Communication Programs and tools
§ Understand
SAP Education course and course participants databases and reporting systems
§ Understand
SAP CRM databases and reporting tools available
§ Generate
the customer target lists for the global campaigns
§ Perform
data analysis
§ Work with
the EPMs to map the Course Information for each campaign.
§ Work with
the Global and Regional Education team to support campaign execution.
§ Perform
system tests and documentation on the above area
§ Manage
the Marketing assets translation process
§ Interact
with the regional team within the Demand Generation / GTM scope
§ Optimize
the use of the campaigns database.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS /
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
§ Studying
Computer Sciences, Business Administration or Marketing (2nr to 6th
semester);
§ Expert of
MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, access) is required;
§ Enthusiasm
to learn the SAP Education portfolio, industry characteristics, business
models, etc;
§
Problem solver profile;
§
Fluency in English
§
Basic concepts of Finance, KPI analysis,
§
Experience extracting and administrating large databases is a plus;
§
Teamwork;
§
Good oral and written communication skills;
§
Initiative;
§
Self-driven and result focus - Ability to work with low
direct supervision

Ability to learn and execute many tasks at the same time;
