- Technical leadership with strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience in producing/collaborating/reviewing architectural designs (LucidChart, Visio, web sequence diagrams, UML)
- Experience in collaborating/leading developers (Maven, GIT)
- Experience with cloud native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Work with Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence)
- 5+ years of Java/J2EE experience (Java 8 and/or Java 11)
- Experience with Contact Center technologies with understanding of legacy and/or cloud CTI integrations
- CTI data or events - Avaya AES, Genesys T-Server, Cisco JTAPI, Genesys Cloud, Five9, Amazon Connect, Genesys Audiohooks
- Audio acquisition – familiarity with audio streaming APIs, gStreamer, Session Border Controllers (SBC)s, SIPREC
- Lead the creation of new Contact Center “Connectors” (e.g. Genesys Cloud, Five9, Amazon Connect) and work with a North American team of developers/engineers.
- Participate in code/design reviews, integration testing, and collaborate with customer-facing product design documentation.
