Key Responsibilities:
- Have ownership of our out-of-happy-path processes
- Reports and analysis to support our strategy and operations teams
- Reporting to senior management on several efficiency and customer happiness KPIs
- Test new tools, processes and solutions to improve this metrics
- Conduct analysis on several areas of the business ranging from conversion to credit performance
PRÉ-REQUISITOS
- Administração, Ciências Econômicas, Estatística, Engenharias, Matemática ou outra área com skills analíticos
- Conclusão entre dezembro/2020 e julho/2021
- Disponibilidade para estagiar 30 horas
- Inglês Avançado/ Fuente
