The Role
We are looking for a resourceful and highly motivated intern for our Field Service team in Sao Paulo. In your role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients on-site, in and around the Sao Paulo area with IT related issues, and network installations.

Responsibilities
- Installing and servicing equipment and software at customer sites
- Solving customer queries
- Arranging delivery and removal of equipment using proprietary software
- Ensure all your requests are logged and updated daily using our proprietary ticketing system
Requirements
- An understanding of server and pc hardware
- Experience with WAN/LAN technologies
- Exposure to popular end-user applications such as; Microsoft Office, Outlook, Chrome, Firefox etc.
- Great communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Aptitude to multi task
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential
- Spanish will be considered a plus
- Team player with an ability to operate at all levels in a matrixed organization
- Able to work 6 hours per day for 1-2 years while in school/university
- Resumes must be in English to be considered
