VISA - ESTÁGIO


Job Scope

·        The Intern Client Support Services is responsible for providing operational support to Clients.
·        The individual in this position will solve a range of straightforward problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.
·        Deploys Client Support strategies which align to the Global CSS strategies and applies working knowledge of Visa and Visa products, systems and procedures.
·        Establishes and fosters relationships with Clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

·        Respond to routine operational service and give a support to the team and for Visa client institutions.
·        Provide information and direction for customers regarding processing services, billing, User ID and BIN maintenance and general transaction research.
·        Prepare and deliver routine reporting on weekly or monthly basis or as requested by customers.
·        Work with other support teams on the resolution of client inquiries/requests.
·        Ensure required information is logged and documentation is completed and maintained in VCSA for historical records and auditing purposes.
·        Effectively supporting clients with Visa products and services is Key to delivering on Visa’s support commitments.

Qualifications:
  • Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Solid oral and written communications skills.
  • Advanced English.
  • Analytical abilities.
  • Strong technical and operational aptitude with the ability to absorb technical and operational information and apply it to business solutions
  • Ability to maintain concentration for extended time periods
  • Attention to detail
  • Results-oriented/self-motivated
  • Draw conclusions from written or computer generated

Bolsa auxílio: 3º ano – R$ 1,400.00 / 4º ano – R$ 1,800.00

Local de trabalho: São Paulo
Horário: 10:00 as 17:00 com 1h de almoço.
